The basic structure of a Spring Check Valve includes a valve body, a valve element (disc or ball), a spring, and a seat. The valve element is held against the seat by the spring. When fluid pressure increases in the forward direction, it overcomes the spring force and lifts the valve element, allowing fluid to pass through. As soon as the pressure drops or reverses, the spring force pushes the valve element back onto the seat, sealing the valve. The choice of materials for the valve body, element, and spring depends on the specific application and the fluid being handled.
